Our Egyptian Mau Queens

GCCF CHAMPION Oitamonsoon Amelia (Topaz)
**London Cat Club Chairmans Trophy Best Foreign Adult 2008**

Topaz's sire is USA Champion Newkingdom Mithril and her dam is Champion Palacegarden Sekhmet. Her pedigree boasts an impressive 15 GCCF and USA Champions and 18 USA Grand Champions.

Topaz gained her GCCF Champion title in June 2008. To date she has been awarded 7 Best of Breed, 2 Grand Champion Certificates, 2 Reserve Grand Champion Certificates and 17 Firsts. In addition she also won the London Cat Club Chairmans Trophy 2008 for Best Foreign Adult and the Egyptian Mau Club Best of Breed award at the Bucks, Oxon & Berks show 2009.

We are very grateful to Amanda Galbraith of Oitamonsoon Cats for allowing us to give a home to Topaz . She is the most beautiful cat with striking markings, but for us her most endearing quality is her character. Topaz is the most loving cat you could wish to meet, never happier than when she is sharing her love with everyone in the room. No-one gets left out as she moves from lap to lap for a stroke.

Acclaim Across the Water (Talulah)
**Aristocats Cat Club Best in Show Kitten 2011**

Talulah, or Lula as we call her, is our new queen. She was born in September 2010 and is a lovely example of the breed, having stunning spotting against a clean silver background. Her sire is INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION Acclaim Khai and her dam is Acclaim Nike. Her pedigree boasts several Champions and Grand Champions.

Lula attended her first show in March 2011 at the age of six months and had an excellent day! At the Felis Britannica (FIFe) Aristocats Cat Club show she was Best of Variety, gained a Nomination and then went on to win Best in Show Kitten!

In her first GCCF show she was First in the Open class and was awarded Best of Breed. She also won two additional firsts in her side classes.

Talulah is gaelic for Princess and we felt this was very apt as she originates from Northern Ireland. She made the journey across to us via Scotland in December 2010. We are grateful to Carol Ervine for entrusting us with such a beautiful cat.
